  The doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable for both myself and my daughter however, the selection of glasses was pitiful but we both found a pairs that we liked. They make a lot of promises and never keep them I was told they would be ready within 5 to 7 days so I called on day 7 or 8 and Michele answered the phone and said what part of that 7 to 10 business days do you not understand? She then proceeded to ask me well do you want to cancel? But you can't get a refund. I also told her my has been was going to be there to get glasses but he will be going somewhere else and her response was OK that's fine I've never seen a business so willing to give up money. She was very rude I asked for the general manager and was I was told that he's is not here. I then proceeded to ask when will he be there she put me back on hold for another five or six minutes and she still did not have the answer because she could not find the schedule I asked her to look please she put me back on how hold and then another girl picked up the phone and told me he would be in the next day. I expressed to her how unhappy I was with Michelle's attitude and she started telling me well she's only 19 and that she's new. (So if you want to go where there is new people with no experience and extremely rude and lied to your face ) I don't know what they're doing and are not much cheaper than lens crafters with rude customer service
  I called the next day and spoke with the general manager Ken Who was very nice and very apologetic and told me my glasses would Be in on Tuesday. He also told me that he was going to have a talk with the staff as well as Michele. He even offered to personally deliver them to me and call me the minute they got in. I am allowed two days from the day he told me they would be in and called him to be told well they they just came in so I asked what time he told me early this afternoonI looked at the clock it was 6:45 PM. I asked him do you even remember our conversation and he told me well no so I started giving him bits and pieces of the conversation he then asked to put me on hold so he could go to a more private place where we could talkhe got to his office and I could hear paper shuffling around. So I said do you remember speaking to me and was told there are several Johnson's then all of a sudden he remembered our conversation. When I said so what are you going do to make it better I was told well, your glasses are here I reminded him that he said I will personally deliver them to you and he said I told you I would personally call you. It is funny I had to call them. At that point of the conversation he said well I will still personally deliver them to you and my response was I told you I work from 11 AM through 10 PM and I leave my house about 10:15 in the morning so I can go on my days off to pick them up. I really did expect some sort of small discount or something when he told me he would make it right it is sad to say everything I was told was lies and promises that were broken. The only one who got anything right was the doctor that did my exam so if you want to good doctor to check your eyes it's not a bad place but don't waste your time or money purchasing your glasses there. The only reason they got a one star was for the doctor if I could have given just the front anything it would've been zero stars.
